By visiting or shopping at this web site, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


We stand behind what we do. We are very proud of our great country and the simple fact that all aspects of what we do are done in the United States. Our goal is extraordinary finishes on common building materials. We are constantly testing and taking new concepts to market that are breathtaking, unique and something the end consumer can be very proud of in their environment.

With that said our warranty is simple. We want you to be happy with our products and engage the following guidelines when dealing with warranty and returns.

Please do not install our product if you are not satisfied with its initial quality. Please inspect each piece before installation. Our products are wood-based and were once living organisms that have God-given characteristics that some can find spectacular and others find offensive. If there are any questions regarding the product during the installation process, do not install! Contact us to work through issues before installation.

Our products can be sensitive to temperature, moisture, cleaning products, oils, environmental contaminants and ultraviolet radiation. We cannot control these things and warranties become tough to stand behind with so many factors out of our control. We do not warranty installation or issues that arise from installation.

We warranty the finish for 7 years from date of manufacture. If the finish bubbles, delaminates excessively, or peels please provide communication to us so we can investigate.  If it is a finish issue, we will reimburse 100% of the cost of your original AR transaction. If the finish fails due to the product being installed in an environment that has excessively low relative humidity, excessively high relative humidity, high moisture or any areas of extreme cold or heat the warranty does not apply. Our warranty exposure will not exceed the cost of the product from its original purchase date. We do not cover things like color change, staining caused by wood oils / knot bleeding or imperfections, exposure to direct sunlight rain or moisture. Our products are designed for a stable interior use only environment.

Also understand we are not responsible for freight damage. Once the product has been delivered it is your responsibility to file any claims of freight damage with the carrier. If you need help with this please call our customer service. We want to help but we also cannot be responsible to handle things that are not in our control.


Doors are all custom made to your specifications and cannot be returned.  We encourage you to order barn door finish samples to verify the color and appearance, before ordering. Order samples Here.

We carefully inspect every door before it is shipped and retain photos for quality assurance.  Please inspect the door immediately upon arrival and note any damage. Once the product has been delivered it is your responsibility to file any claims of freight damage with the carrier. If damage is obvious, refuse the shipment. For concealed damage, contact us within five days.  Missing items: Inspect and report any missing items within 5 days of receiving the door.

Barn door normal lead times for manufacturing and finishing are 4-5 weeks.  Shipping times vary by destination but usually within 4-7 working days in addition to manufacturing time.


Our contractor grade tongue and groove and shiplap wall & ceiling products are common building materials with unique finishes that require professional installation and are designed for professional use only.

Our DIY wall planks have suggested installation techniques.  We require that you test areas to make sure your installation method works well in your particular environment. All environments are different and require different installation methods to ensure future quality.

You can return unopened untampered-with boxes for full credit at any time up to one month past date of purchase. Customer pays shipping back to our factory.

Opened boxes or material being returned without original packaging will need a prior authorization before returning items. All returns must have a Return Good's Authorization number or they will not be accepted at our facility for credit and/or consideration.

We reserve the right at any time to limit or refuse returns. We do strive to make exceptions based on the many circumstances that can take place in a return situation and will require a 25% restocking fee as well as customer paid shipping back to our factory.


Wood wall and ceiling color trend palette items are shipped within 10 working days. 

IMPORTANT SHIPLAP NOTICE:  Due to increased demand in the lumber market, lead times may be extended for SHIPLAP orders.  Please contact Customer Service at 574-780-6285 to discuss current lead times. 

Lead time on custom-made items is determined on a case-by-case basis.
